Our highly experienced Corporate Broking team is responsible for raising primary and secondary funds for our corporate clients. We get results by managing the relationship between the company, its shareholders and the market in a pro-active way. We market the shares in our corporate clients to existing and new institutional investors and private client brokers, typically by way of investor roadshows.

We deal with most of the UK institutions involved in smaller companies as well as select overseas investors. We also deal with a large number of private client brokers and corporate investors who are active in the small companies market. Since mid 2003 our team has raised over £230 million for corporate clients.
