finnCap was founded in 2007,  bringing together two divisions, corporate and sales trading following an MBO. We pride ourselves in taking on challenging and complicated deals and delivering excellent client service.  It is this tenacity that is the back bone of our business today.  As an entrepreneurial, employee owned business we are all committed and actively involved in driving the business forward.

We are a leading independent broker to ambitious companies and top adviser on AIM and the LSE. Our significant growth is testament to the strength of our client-focused business model and our clear strategy. We aim to do things differently, and aim to deliver a first class service, building long term relationships at all stages of a company’s development.

Strategy delivering results

The team has a strong track record in advising and raising capital, providing research and dedicated aftermarket care.  finnCap has 119 corporate clients and has raised over £1.6bn of capital for clients since its inception and advised on in excess of £1bn of M&A.

Advising and funding significant transactions

We help to raise the necessary funds when our clients require them, and provide high levels of service before and after that money is in the bank. This approach means we have been able to improve client liquidity and service our institutional and corporate clients to a very high level. This has resulted in our trading revenues increasing 25% year on year since inception.

Continued focus on clients

We share the same ambitions as our clients. We set out to work with companies that have ambitious growth plans, and then work with them to help realise those plans.  As a result of this  approach our clients’ share price has increased by 65% on average since appointing finnCap.
