finnCap is a supporting partner of this charity, set up by Maxine Benson MBE and Karen Thompson MBE whose business everywoman is focused on advancing women in business.
Modern Muse’s mission is to empower girls everywhere to make more informed career decisions to increase diversity in the workplace and help close the gender pay gap.

It allows them to explore subject choices and where they might lead, providing career inspiration, connections and advice from Muses and the companies they work for.
As champions of diversity, we are proud to have 40% women across the finnCap team, including board level. Our finnCap Muses provide insight and advice about their career journey and we are committed to supporting Modern Muse grow their invaluable network.
New Entrepreneurs Foundation
The New Entrepreneurs Foundation (NEF) was co-founded by Oliver Pawle, Lord Davies of Abersoch CBE, Sir Nigel Rudd DL and Dee Stirling in December 2010. The NEF was established to create a new generation of outstanding entrepreneurs who will build market-leading businesses and play a key role in driving Britain’s future prosperity.
The 12 month programme builds on real life experience with intensive training, mentoring and coaching for 40 budding entrepreneurs each year. Over 200 NEF’ers have gone through the programme and 62 businesses have been set up since 2012.
As part of our commitment to developing future business leaders we are proud to partner with the New Entrepreneurs Foundation.
