As an early stage business, Direct Response required an injection of funds to make two acquisitions of UK call centres, to bring scale and an added technology focus to the group, whilst minimising equity dilution.
Debt raised has allowed them to complete the first stage of their acquisition strategy and puts them inot a position where they are able to maximise opportunity and seek further investment to continue their growth.
