Graham Cooke
Graham joined finnCap Group’s Debt Advisory team in June 2019 to expand the team following the merger of finnCap and Cavendish. Prior to joining finnCap Group Graham spent 30 years at Natwest where he worked in a variety of roles including Large Corporate Relationship Management, Mid-Market Structured Finance, SME Origination and Client Remediation. Graham has led numerous financings for his clients over recent years. This has included acquisition financing for a number of FTSE250 businesses, a number of mid-market IPOs and new milestone debt facilities for growing SMEs. Graham holds Diplomas in both Financial Services Management and Chartered Banker Lending Skills.
